"Mensen met een Missie based in The Hague, The Netherlands, hired Vashi Impact Group to conduct a Mid-term review for the Joint Initiative Strategic Religious Actions (JISRA) programme across seven countries – Ethiopia, Indonesia, Iraq, Kenya, Mali, Nigeria and Uganda. The JISRA programme is a strategic partnership funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The methodology of the Mid-term review was compliant with the OECD DAC and IOB quality evaluation criteria for the MTRs set by the Ministry. VIG and their country-researchers did a great job with designing the study in each country and globally, quantitative and qualitative data collection (through surveys, focus group discussions and key informant interviews), analysis and writing 7 country reports and a global report. They organized validation workshops, and provided recommendations to the programme. The Mid-term review was a very complex assignment with many stakeholders involved and a lot of requirements from our end. VIG went above and beyond to make sure their analysis was rich, responsive to feedback and collaborative in their approach. It was a pleasure to work with VIG and we recommend them for other assignments."

I had the pleasure of working directly with Ritu on a critical piece of research for our Behind the Brands initiative. Ritu led on the design and implementation of an independent evaluation of company commitments to gender equality in the cocoa sector. She has excellent communication and writing skills and was just all around a wonderful person to collaborate with. She always made sure we would bring a feminist lens to every aspect of the process, even in the 5min catch up on the calls before we got to the work agenda. I hope we have an opportunity to work together again.

I have collaborated with Ritu at Save the Children, particularly on the issue of child poverty in Africa. Ritu is a dynamic facilitator with an astute command of the child rights narrative at Global, Africa and Asia narrative. Ritu is a remarkable trainer on social protection, where she incorporates expertise in design, planning, monitoring, evaluation and advocacy. Ritu is also a humble-servant leader, who listens to a variety of stakeholders at various levels in designing successful programmes. Ritu is an emerging and dynamic leader in social protection, gloablly.

Ritu worked with me as part of the Child Poverty Global Team at Save the Children. I can confirm that Ritu is a committed, highly capable and inspiring colleague. She is fully dedicated to development and humanitarian responses that protect and advance the rights of women and children, in a human rights framework. Ritu's work as part of the Child Poverty team at Save the Children involved managing and taking forward a complex portfolio of programmes and advocacy/influencing initiatives around gender-sensitive social protection, livelihoods and adolescent skills. In our year working together, I was deeply impressed by Ritu's work and dedication, and would greatly welcome the opportunity to collaborate directly again in future. Richard Morgan

Dr Ritu worked passionately and with dedication while at Panos. She was able to take the outlines and broad goals of the organisation's new Public Health programme and identify real world opportunities in the shape of strategic partner organisations in the London health sector. Fun to work with, committed to her specialism and dedicated to realising the task at hand, Ritu is an asset to any team.

Ritu is a strong programs and policy professional with a lot of applicable experience and skills set in under developed societies. Her background in supporting humanitarian missions and development programs is commendable and of particular interest to partners in community development programming in developing countries.

I have known Dr Ritu for four years while we were studying together for our PhD's at Canterbury Christ Church University (Kent). Dr Ritu is young lady who is ambitious, self driven, hardworking and always committed to whatever she sets her mind to do. Because of her commitment and dedication to work she can work tirelessly under pressure with very minimal or no supervision at all. Dr Ritu is always eager to learn and is a very eloquent speaker. She is usually interested in open discussion where she would give her side which will be balanced, unbiased and very objective. This makes her a great asset to any company that upholds ethics, intergrity and objectivity. It is for her character and objectivity as well as her intelligence that I recommend Dr Ritu to any employer. I have no doubt that any company that employs her will benefit from the wealth of expertise that she possesses of which she will bring into the company.
